Do I need a partner to take lessons?

  • No. In fact, many people take lessons on their own and use there dance knowledge to meet and socialize with other dancers. You can learn a great deal just from learning and practicing on your own, so you will be that much more prepared when you do dance with others.

I have two left feet, can I learn to dance?

  • The great thing about the methods we teach is that they teach you to move the way your body was meant to move. Using the Natural Laws of Motion we train you Dynamically (instead of Classically), which allows you to move with more grace and ease than you thought possible!

Do you teach beginners differently than competitors?

  • Actually, no. The techniques we teach at SDC help both the beginner and advanced dancer to rapidly improve their dancing. The techniques you use as a competitive dancer use the same principles of movement as those just beginning. That's what make SDC so unique!
